Product Details:

Vertical Laminar Flow Mobile Type Air Tent allows operation in sterile and particle free conditions because of the continuous flushing of the working area by a unidirectional and vertical and ultra-filtered airflow, it assures a full product protection..

Design:
Basic cabinet made from 1.2 mm thick GI with powder coated finish constructions with matt finish. Unit consists of HEPA filter plenum, each consists   filters and Supply Air Blower etc., and suitable illumination and control switches etc will be provided.

Function:
The system works based on two-stage air filtration. The fresh air from the local atmosphere is sucked by the blower through pre-filters and passed into the working area through HEPA filters. Particles retained at pre filters level will  . Contaminated air from process area may be directly left into the local atmosphere or may be exhausted; this depends up on the nature contamination created during the process activity. Suitable for maintaining a positive pressure inside; on lockable wheels; easily dissembled and reassembled type; all filters installed on top or side.
